AMPWORK provides WordPress AMP CDN integration software under one-time lifetime licenses. By purchasing or using AMPWORK, you agree to these Terms of Service. All transactions are securely processed in USD with no recurring subscription fees.
1. Introduction & Acceptance of Agreement
These Terms of Service (“Terms”, “Agreement”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the “Customer”, “User”, or “Licensee”) and AMPWORK (“AMPWORK”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), governing your access to and use of the website located at https://ampwork.shop and any software, plugins, licenses, documentation, and technical support provided by AMPWORK.
By purchasing, downloading, installing, activating, or using the AMPWORK WordPress plugin (the “Software”), you explicitly agree to be bound by all terms, conditions, and policies set forth herein. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not purchase, download, install, or use the Software.
2. Description of Product & Service
AMPWORK is a commercial software plugin designed for WordPress content management systems. The Software facilitates the delivery of Accelerated Mobile Pages (AMP) over custom domains and subdomains via Google AMP CDN infrastructure, implements automatic internal link transformation, enables image delivery optimization, and provides cross-platform compatibility enhancements for mobile devices.
3. Software License Tiers & Grant of Rights
Upon receipt of your payment in full, AMPWORK grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Software strictly in accordance with your purchased license tier:

Staging and local development environments (e.g., localhost, *.test, *.staging) associated with the licensed domain are permitted and do not consume additional production activations.
4. Lifetime Access & Update Policy
All AMPWORK licenses are sold on a one-time payment basis. There are no recurring annual, quarterly, or monthly renewal fees. Your license grants lifetime access to the software release series and all subsequent compatibility, performance, and security updates issued by AMPWORK.
5. System Requirements & ionCube Prerequisite
The Customer is solely responsible for ensuring that their hosting environment satisfies the technical prerequisites specified prior to purchase:
- WordPress version 5.8 or higher.
- PHP version 7.4 through 8.4.
- For 1 Site, 10 Sites, and 30 Sites tiers: ionCube PHP Loader version 13 or 14 installed on the web server.
- An active WordPress AMP generator plugin (Official AMP, AMP for WP, Better AMP, or equivalent).
6. Restrictions & Prohibited Conduct
You agree that you shall NOT:
- Resell, lease, rent, redistribute, sub-license, or share your license keys with unauthorized third parties.
- Decompile, reverse-engineer, disassemble, or circumvent security validation mechanisms of the encoded Software.
- Use the Software for any unlawful, fraudulent, defamatory, or abusive purpose.
- Claim ownership, trademark, or intellectual property rights over any part of AMPWORK.
7. Payments, Pricing & Billing
All transactions are denominated in US Dollars (USD). Payments are processed securely via accredited, PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways (including Credit/Debit Cards and merchant virtual POS providers). We do not store or process payment card credentials directly on our servers. You represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the designated payment method.
8. Intellectual Property Rights
AMPWORK and its original code, architecture, graphics, and documentation are the exclusive intellectual property of AMPWORK. All trademarks, service marks, and trade names are proprietary to AMPWORK. WordPress® is a registered trademark of the WordPress Foundation. AMP is an open-source project by Google / OpenJS Foundation. AMPWORK is an independent third-party software provider not affiliated with or endorsed by Google or the WordPress Foundation.
9. Warranty Disclaimer
THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, COMPLIABILITY WITH SPECIFIC THIRD-PARTY THEMES, OR UNINTERRUPTED AVAILABILITY. While AMPWORK is engineered to adhere to strict web standards, we do not warrant that operation will be error-free or that third-party plugin conflicts will never arise.
10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL AMPWORK, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA LOSS, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SOFTWARE. IN ALL CIRCUMSTANCES, AMPWORK’S MAXIMUM AGGREGATE LIABILITY SHALL BE STRICTLY LIMITED TO THE ACTUAL AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE RELEVANT LICENSE.
11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable commercial laws. In the event of any controversy or claim arising out of this Agreement, the parties shall first attempt in good faith to resolve the matter amicably through direct communication with our legal support team.
